MORE THAN A RANCH CAMP.

A COMMUNITY BUILT ON THE BELIEF THAT EVERY WOMAN DESERVES THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN, GROW, AND FIND HER PLACE IN AGRICULTURE.

Because every woman deserves a place at the table. And in the corral.

For too many women, ranching comes with an expectation to know how to do things they've never had the opportunity to learn.

SHE’S A HAND RANCH CAMP WAS CREATED TO CHANGE THAT.

Through hands-on education, encouragement, and community, we're creating a place where women can ask questions, try something new, and build confidence without fear of judgment.

There's a unique kind of pressure that can come with being a woman in agriculture. Whether you grew up on a ranch, married into the lifestyle, or are finding your own way into the cattle industry, there can be an expectation that you already know what you're doing. But how are you supposed to know if you've never been given the opportunity to learn? That's part of the heart behind She's a Hand Ranch Camp.

Founded by Karoline Rose Bohannan, She's a Hand was created to give women a place to learn the things they're often expected to know but were never taught. A place where no question is too small, no experience level is overlooked, and learning happens through doing. We believe women deserve more than a seat on the sidelines. They deserve the knowledge, experience, and confidence to take an active role in their operations, pursue their own goals, and discover what they're truly capable of.

And while the skills matter, so does the community. It's about being surrounded by women who understand the lifestyle, encourage one another, and celebrate every new accomplishment. Because at the end of the day, She's a Hand is about more than learning how to work cattle.

It's about helping women recognize that they belong here, too.

A PLACE TO LEARN. A PLACE TO BELONG. THE HEART OF OUR MISSION.

MEET THE HANDS WHO MAKE IT HAPPEN

Behind every new skill, every question answered, and every moment of encouragement is a team of people who genuinely love sharing what they know. Get to know the instructors and ranching professionals who help bring She's a Hand to life.
